1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to s9gam, Pakistan's trusted online gaming destination operated under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and s9gam (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the s9gam website located at https://s9gam.pro, including all services, games, promotions, and related features made available thereon.

By accessing the s9gam platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them fully, and that you agree to be legally bound by each and every clause contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s9gam platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with s9gam's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between any specific promotional rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional documentation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to s9gam is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must be aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. s9gam strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted via CNIC at the KYC stage, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law and where accessing s9gam does not violate any applicable legislation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of s9gam, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written approval has been granted by s9gam's compliance department.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by s9gam or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

s9gam reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by s9gam's compliance team may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access s9gam's real-money gaming services, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You are legally obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one s9gam account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: As required under s9gam's international gaming licence and applicable anti-money-laundering obligations, all players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where requested by s9gam's compliance team.

s9gam's compliance team will review submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days. Once verified, no further KYC submissions are required unless s9gam's compliance team identifies a specific trigger for re-verification (e.g., a significant change in deposit patterns or a change of registered details).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

s9gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are conducted through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. s9gam does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed in the approved methods.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your s9gam account within ten (10) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. s9gam does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are solely your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name — s9gam does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. s9gam reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers internal compliance thresholds.

Player Fund Segregation: As required under s9gam's international gaming licence, all player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from s9gam's operational capital. This ensures that player withdrawal requests are honoured in full regardless of s9gam's business conditions.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

s9gam offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the platform at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply to all s9gam promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer documentation:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting wagers may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: s9gam employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and the matter referred to s9gam's compliance team.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless s9gam explicitly permits stacking in a specific promotional offer.

s9gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will generally be permitted to complete the promotion under the original terms, subject to s9gam's reasonable discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games available on the s9gam platform — including slots, live casino games, table games, and virtual sports — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by internationally accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout of each game.

Players must engage with s9gam's games in good faith and in accordance with the fair play policy set out below. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with s9gam games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the intended game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal game conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or outcome manipulation in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or underlying logic of any s9gam game.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, s9gam reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays" applies across the entire s9gam platform.

7. Sports Betting Rules

s9gam's sports betting service covers a wide range of markets including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 cricket, the IPL, and other major sporting events. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). In cases where a result is disputed or under official review, s9gam reserves the right to delay settlement until a final official result is confirmed.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and will be displayed on the betting interface at the time of placement. s9gam reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player or any market at any time without prior notice.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: In the event a match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided before the minimum required play time has been completed (as defined in the specific sport's rules), all affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. Affected legs of accumulator bets will be treated as non-runners.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. s9gam will make every reasonable effort to ensure that displayed odds are accurate, but delays in data feeds may occasionally result in odds being displayed that do not reflect the live state of the event. s9gam reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous in-play odds.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed on odds that are manifestly incorrect due to data entry errors, feed errors, or pricing mistakes — commonly referred to as "palpable errors" — will be voided regardless of whether they have been confirmed or partially settled.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

s9gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of the account.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at s9gam staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player without first raising a formal dispute through s9gam's support channels.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, s9gam reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending an investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific clause breached.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting s9gam's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the s9gam platform — including but not limited to the s9gam brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, promotional materials, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of s9gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s9gam platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any s9gam content.
• Create derivative works based on s9gam's platform or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of s9gam's software infrastructure.
• Use s9gam's brand, logo, or trade names in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of s9gam's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of the player's account and licence to use the platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

s9gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between s9gam and its players. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept s9gam's Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use is processed for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and the delivery of platform services including bonus communications.

s9gam does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and s9gam's licensed payment processing partners where required by law or by the conditions of s9gam's gaming licence. All data transfers to third parties are governed by appropriate data processing agreements that ensure your information is handled with the same standard of care s9gam applies internally.

All player data is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at rest. Players have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of data where no legal retention obligation applies, by contacting s9gam's support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s9gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from technical failure, network outages, or service interruptions.

s9gam's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of PKR 500,000 (Pakistani Rupees Five Hundred Thousand).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits s9gam's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by s9gam's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The s9gam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While s9gam takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous platform availability, s9gam does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

12. Responsible Gaming

s9gam is unequivocally committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed exclusively for the entertainment of adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income, a solution to financial problems, or a way to recover previously lost funds.

s9gam provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limits are applied in real time and cannot be overridden mid-session.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated session duration reminders to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gambling result.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under s9gam's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising between you and s9gam shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in this section.

Step 1 — Informal Resolution: In the first instance, players are encouraged to contact s9gam's customer support team to resolve any complaint informally. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within five (5) business days. The majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to s9gam's compliance department by submitting a written formal complaint via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account ID]". s9gam's compliance team will issue a formal written response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Step 3 — Independent Arbitration: If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through Steps 1 and 2, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body approved under s9gam's gaming licence. The decision of the arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs in relation to the arbitration unless the arbitration body determines otherwise.

Nothing in this dispute resolution procedure limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Players located in Pakistan retain the right to pursue remedies available under Pakistani consumer protection legislation concurrently with or independently of the procedure set out above.

14. Amendments to These Terms

s9gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of players — s9gam will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice of the change via a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, via email to registered account holders.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to maintain compliance with regulatory guidance) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time any amendment is made.

Your continued use of the s9gam platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Failure to close your account will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
